Dr. Elijah Nicholas (he/him)

Founder and Chairman of The Global Trans Equity Project (GTEP), formerly know as 100 Black Trans Men, Inc.

Dr. Elijah Nicholas, a retired senior military officer and spiritual gem, is a visionary leader with over 20 years of leadership experience, including more than a decade in executive roles. He holds multiple degrees and a certificate from Harvard Divinity School, has authored 13 publications, and serves as an ordained pastor at Spirit and Truth Sanctuary. His commitment to conscious love, living, and leadership has established him as a transformative force in health equity, access, and justice.

A 25-year US veteran, Dr. Nicholas combines his expertise in healthcare administration, research, and conscious-driven leadership to drive significant changes across multiple sectors. His work extends to the acting world, with notable roles in "Don't Cry For Me," TVOne's "Fatal Attraction" and "For My Man," "Warrior," and as an apprentice in Francis Ford Coppola's "Megaopolis." He has influenced thought leadership at platforms like Amazon and Fanatics and has been featured on networks including ABC, NBC, CBS, and Pix11.

Dr. Nicholas is the Founder and Chairman of The Global Trans Equity Project (GTEP), formerly know as 100 Black Trans Men, Inc., leading initiatives in 15 states across the nation to elevate the voices and visibility of transgender men, women, and non-binary individuals. Recently honored as a Community Leader Award Recipient by Georgia State Representative Park Cannon, his advocacy focuses on transgender and non-binary health, racial, and education equity, working tirelessly in both the nation's capital and the Georgia State Capitol. Through his holistic approach to leadership and dedication to inclusion and compassion, Dr. Nicholas champions a more equitable and inclusive future for all.
